With Juggle IT, you can add important documents to your private or public locker, via an image upload and then tag it with a reminder to renew before expiry.

These lockers are free for everybody.

Simply organise things with reminder dates

Download our app for free and start adding important things to your own privately encrypted protected locker. Take photos of things like your passport, with number and expiry showing. Then tag the image with a reminder notification 6 months before it runs out. Then take a photo of your car registration papers and tag them with a notification of 10 days before , 3 days before and the actual day that it expires. Your app will notify you with reminders plus email them to you if you wish. You could add important telephone numbers and birthdays or anniversaries........(yes, we have all been there) !

Any individual can then upgrade to two more lockers which have the same features but now you have the ability to chat and share documents and tasks to others. Ideal for a business owner with casual staff and other support staff, who can then initiate group chats, cluster chats plus individual one on one chats. Everything important can easily be found and used and tagged with timeline reminders.

These extra lockers both come with extra features so that individuals (with their free accounts) can be invited to join in for team and individual chats plus sharing options (with different levels of permissions and views).These (paid for) lockers with the extra features are designed to be used by:

Once invited in, you can be included in any locker room chat and the coach can talk to you directly or as a team chat, plus you can chat and share things with your other fellow team members. If you leave the team, you just remove yourself from that locker room chat.

When we say locker room chat, we mean it could be a take away business or a sports group that has been created by an upgraded individual locker room client. A person who has upgraded to add say, their business in, can then go to their dashboard and create forms with electronic signatures for things like work safety procedures or hours worked. They can also share rosters via the locker room group chat and juggle things around from public lockers to private lockers, with very simple drag across.

All of these features can be added to our NFC chipped key-ring or our special NFC chipped stickers. Add your private locker to your key-ring, so you can easily retrieve your car rego and insurance details. Another way, is to hide an NFC sticker under your mouse pad, so you can easily tap it with your phone and retrieve passwords etc.
